“The property was amazing and so relaxing wading out into a natural spring literally at the back porch was unbelievable the hosts were amazing and so friendly the whole are was just amazing and beautiful. We did go to the rockbridge trout ranch about 30 minutes away and if you’re looking to catch the biggest trout of your life that’s where you go . It was really hard to leave the beautiful view cabin and spring along with the new friends we made we will be back for sure !”

“The cabin was cute and clean, and the resident cats and dog were so sweet and friendly! Everyone working at the ranch was friendly, welcoming, and always available. We enjoyed the games in their basement/gameroom, and appreciated the proximity to Ava, while still being out in the country, giving us the country stay we were wanting to have. We loved that we were able to bring our cat along for the trip, and she seemed to enjoy the views from the cabin as much as we did. We will definitely……

“This was the perfect get away! Everything you would need is here. The hot tub was a nice touch. Perfect grilling area! House is roomy and very nice. Looks new or newly redone. The decor was adorable! Rented a boat one day and don't forget breakfast at Cookies in Theodosia just a few miles away! Will be coming back.”

“Nice place on the river. Great views and outdoor space. Very clean. Address marker on the road would help. Can't see the turn in due to the slope and putting the address into Google maps doesn't get you to the right place. But owner was quickly responsive when we had trouble finding it.”

“We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!”
